Users can now park calls directly from the calling screen with a single click—without entering feature codes or switching views. They can choose a system-assigned parking slot or select a specific extension.

  • Linkus Desktop, Web, and Mobile Clients

  • Linkus for Chrome Extension

  • Embedded apps for Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365

This enhancement dramatically reduces call handling friction and helps teams stay focused on customer interactions.

2. Call Follow-Up via Email

Post-call communication is now seamless.

The new Mailto integration allows users to open their default email client—Outlook Web, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and others—with a pre-filled email that includes:

  • Caller details

  • Call summary

  • Notes and custom variables

Supported on:

  • Linkus Desktop and Web

  • Linkus for Chrome

  • Embedded app for Microsoft Teams

🔧 Additional Enhancements & Improvements

1. Remote Archiving Upgrades

The update includes significant improvements to backup, recording storage, and archive management:

  • Detailed task execution records

  • Playback and download of archived recordings

  • Enhanced cleanup rules

  • Expanded support for third-party storage services

New supported storage platforms:

  • SharePoint

  • S3-compatible platforms such as Wasabi, Impossible Cloud, Backblaze B2, and more

Existing support includes: FTP, SFTP, Amazon S3, and Google Cloud Storage.

2. SSO-Only Login Enforcement

To support regional privacy regulations, admins can now enforce Single Sign-On as the exclusive login method.

Supported identity providers include:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Microsoft Active Directory

  • Google Workspace

  • Red Hat

This helps organisations simplify authentication and comply with stricter security requirements.
