Snom M85 handset is shock-proof, water-resistant and dust-proof
Berlin, 22nd September 2015 – Snom Technology AG, headquartered in Berlin, the world’s first and leading brand of professional and enterprise VoIP telephones, have announced the immediate availability of the M85 DECT handsets designed for use in Industrial environments.
The Snom M85 is a robust DECT IP Phone that meets the requirements of both office and industrial environments. The flat user interface design and the powerful battery, combined with CAT-iq wideband audio, provide up to 12 hours of talk time with excellent sound quality. A built-in speakerphone and Bluetooth headset compatibility mean maximum mobile call comfort.
The M85 has been designed for professional indoor and outdoor use and in hardhat or industrial areas. Reliable, robust, and comfortable to use, the handset operates at temperatures between -15° and +55° Celsius (5°F and 131°F). It has a large configurable alarm key at the top and is shockproof, water-resistant, and dust-proof. Wireless security is ensured by DECT encryption, while TLS and SRTP ensure secure SIP communication. No additional licenses are required.
