Whether you’re setting up time-based routing, IVRs with multiple conditions, or VIP handling using database lookups, CFD gives you total flexibility and control.

  • One-click re-login to previous queues

  • Default “Logged In” status for new agents

  • Shared disposition syncing across calls from the same number

    Simplified Number Formatting

    The new Filter Number feature automatically strips unnecessary characters (except digits, +, *, #) from dialed numbers before sending to trunks — ensuring compatibility across various formats from CRM, LDAP, and third-party databases.

    This helps ensure clean, reliable call delivery regardless of where the number originated.
