The People Counting Sensor, based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, detects presence and monitors meeting room occupancy in real time in the modern workspace.
With a detection area up to 48 m² (installed on the celling) and a 95% recognition rate, fewer sensors are needed, cutting the deployment costs for companies and organisations.
If a room is booked and yet no one shows up, the Sensor will automatically free it up. Then, the room status will be synced and updated on Yeastar Meeting Room Booking System and Yeastar Room Display, helping organisations eliminate ghost meetings and increase space utilisation.
Most importantly, only counter values will be transmitted over the LoRaWAN® network, which significantly reduces privacy concerns.
